The 27 Club is a cultural phenomenon that at the age of 27 several Musicians, Actors, and Artists died from accidents, drugs or alcohol, disease or health problems, being poisoned, or murdered.

This creepy coincidence was first noticed when Brian Jones, Jimi Hendrix, Janis Joplin, and Jim Morrison all died at the age of 27 between 1969 and 1971. Among the first of the 27 Club members to die was Robert Johnson.
